Executive coaching can be a key enabler in leadership development as it allows the individual to work on personal development areas. It also allows the individual to gain a greater perspective in terms of managing their career, managing relationships, strategic thinking and confidence. The coaching sessions are confidential and encourage openness and honesty where challenge is promoted in a safe and supportive environment.
The coaching will consist of 1 or 1½ hour meetings the schedule of which will be agreed in advance but will typically be booked in blocks of 4, 6 or 8 sessions.
At the initial scoping meeting your requirements will be discussed and following this a proposal for services and costs will be drawn up.
